3. Are your sunglasses authentic?
All of the sunglasses sold at SunglassAmerica.com are 100% authentic. For over 13 years, we've been servicing our great country with authentic name brand sunglasses at affordable prices. You have our word that we will never sell any fakes, imitations or non-original sunglasses. By ensuring the legitimacy of the product you're purchasing, the sunglasses will come with their original case (hard or soft, depending on the frame) and the authenticity papers from the company.
4. What if I am looking for a product or a brand that is not shown on your website?
We do our best to carry the most famous designers, newest collections and best sellers. If by chance you're looking for a product or a brand that we currently aren't showcasing, simply email us at customerservice@sunglassamerica.com with the proper information and we'll do our best to help you.
5. What payment methods do you accept on SunglassAmerica.com?
We accept most credit card payments, PayPal, and Western Union as a payment method.
6. How much does the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to anybody purchasing Sunglasses in the United States. We also have some other really great options - if you'd like to take a closer look, please click here. Unfortunately, Sunglass America doesn't currently ship oversees/international. Please check back with us at a later date or give us a call at 1800-SUN-USA1 to ask questions.
7. Will I be charged for sales tax?
SunglassAmerica.com does not add any taxes to our posted prices. Sunglass America is ships worldwide from our warehouses located in USA. Please check with your local authorities whether any additional taxes and/or customs duties are applicable on your eyewear.
8. When can I expect my order to arrive?
There is a usual wait-time of 12 business days from the time we receive payment until it arrives at your shipping destination. However most of our customers receive their merchandise in 7 days
9. How are the sunglasses packaged?
Sunglasses are a very delicate item, so Sunglass America puts forth an incredible amount of effort into packaging to ensure that nothing can be damaged. Every pair of our sunglasses comes with their original case, in either a hard case of soft bag (most likely in a hard case), and with a microfiber cloth to clean the lenses.
10. Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
SunglassAmerica.com uses the latest Internet security technology to protect your credit card information the Secure Socket Layer system (SSL). We have gone to great lengths to make sure our customers feel confident and comfortable when making a purchase. SunglassAmerica.com is compatible with all web browsers and ensures that your credit card number is protected.
11. Anyway to track a shipment?
From the moment we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will add that information to your order.
12. What is SunglassAmerica.com's return policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order to us for a refund, however there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please understand that the package must be returned within 7 days of receipt in unworn condition with all original boxes and anything else that was included using USPS only.
13. What's the currency used on SunglassAmerica.com?
We only accept US currency payments.
14. How come I haven't received my refund yet?
We process all refunds within 3-5 business days.
